What is a fanzine?
A fanzine is a collection of works ranging from art to writing made by fans!How many contributors will there be?
We are aiming for 22 page artists, 3 merch artists, and 10 writers. There will be 4 guest artists.Is there an age requirement?
All contributors must be 16+ at the time of submitting their application.Will ships be allowed?
This zine will mainly focus on Bokuto. Canon compliant relationships are allowed, but overall it is preferred that there's no romantic relationships.Is NSFW allowed?
Due to the nature of this project, an NSFW section will not be created.Is this zine exclusively for artists?

This zine will be both digital and physical.Is this zine charity, free, or for profit?
This zine is split profit, with 50% divided evenly between contributors and 50% donated to the Trevor Project.What is the Trevor Project?
The Trevor Project is an American-based LGBTQ organization that provides crisis support to younger individuals in the LGBTQ community.How will contributors be compensated?
Contributors are guaranteed a free PDF of the zine. If profits allow, all contributors will receive a free physical copy of the zine!

Page Artists
🦉 Applicants will be judged on their understanding of lighting, backgrounds, and anatomy.
- We recommend at least one piece featuring Bokuto or a Haikyuu!! character, but it is not required.
- A minimum of 3 sample pieces are required, one of which should include a background.
- All samples must be complete, Work in progress samples will not be considered.
- All sample pieces must be SFW. NSFW pieces will not be considered. However, NSFW pieces in a portfolio are permitted as long as they are disclosed and tagged appropriately.Merch Artists
🦉 Applicants will be judged on their understanding of anatomy, colour, and balance.
- At least one of the sample pieces submitted must have a Haikyuu!! character featured.
- While it is not mandatory, it is recommended that you have prior experience with creating merchandise or have examples of merch that you've created in the past.
- For wallpapers, artists must have an understanding of environment, composition, and anatomy.
- All sample pieces must be SFW. NSFW pieces will not be considered. However, NSFW pieces in a portfolio are permitted as long as they are disclosed and tagged appropriately.Writers
🦉 Applicants will be judged on their understanding of pacing, flow, storyline, characterization, voice, styling, grammar, spelling, and formatting.
- At least one sample must feature a Haikyuu!! character.
- Samples should be no more than 3k each. Samples may be complete or an excerpt of a longer work.
- All links must be accessible. Please double check to allow permissions!
- All sample pieces must be SFW. NSFW pieces will not be considered. However, NSFW pieces in a portfolio are permitted as long as they are disclosed and tagged appropriately.
